The Village of Galena’s Council held a public hearing on the Arrowhead Lake Estates rezoning application during their February meeting. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended conditional approval of the application to rezone agricultural land to planned residence district for 88 single-family homes and 54 condominiums.
Council approved the rezoning for the 71-acre Fuller-Davis properties between Arrowhead Lakes Golf Course and Old 3C Highway, north of the Heathermere subdivision, and south of Sunbury’s Pulte subdivision. Click here to read the full article in The Sunbury News
